Housing California began a search for a new executive director in early 2022. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors conducted a thorough search and review of multiple firms to identify the right one that would be best suited to assist with our organization’s needs. She spent a lot of time understanding not just who Housing California was searching for, but more so, the mission, values, and needs of the organization in the sector – and how all of those intersected with the skills and experiences needed, both in the immediate, but also for the growth of the next leader and the future of the organization.
