Dominique Litmaath

Founder and President

When not working, Dominique loves to play tennis and paddle, practices yoga and mindfulness (she is the mother of two teenage girls… ohm…), and travels. A lot.

Dominique Litmaath, Founder and President of Reneris, has worked for over twenty-five years across a broad spectrum of sectors with Fortune 500 organizations as well as small-to-medium size enterprises and non-profit organizations. Her professional experience is focused on the critical alignment of organizational strategies with all aspects of operations to achieve engagement, productivity and results.

Dominique started her career as a corporate management trainee with Hilton Hotels. After earning an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA Dominique joined the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) followed by consulting and management positions at Robert Half International. After earning an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, Dominique joined the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), followed by consulting and management positions at Robert Half International. After eighteen years successfully collaborating with companies on a global scale, Dominique extended her consulting to include executive search and founded Reneris in 2015.

Dominique is deeply engaged in venture philanthropy, has co-founded a non-profit organization and has served on several non-profit boards. She is multi-lingual and has worked, lived and traveled extensively outside of the U.S. She splits her time between homes in Cleveland OH, Truckee CA and just outside of Barcelona, Spain.

Nick Swetye

Search Director

Outside of work, Nick is an avid amateur historian, anthropologist and astronomer, a pretty mean chess player, and still has a wicked cross-court forehand.

Nick Swetye, Search Director with Reneris, worked in the nonprofit industry for 16 years in roles from executive director to carpenter. His time in Brazil as a foreign exchange student opened his eyes to a broader world, often in conflict, but filled with amazing potential realized through compassion and adaptability. 

Following his graduations from Hiram College in 2004 and Georgia College in 2006 with a BA in Philosophy and an MFA in Writing, Nick began his career by co-founding a non-profit organization focused on agriculture and resilient community-building called the Green Triangle. This opened many doors for him into the nonprofit industry, where he went on to work for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Earth Day Coalition, and finally, The New Agrarian Center, where his leadership efforts in food justice and restoration agriculture gained national recognition.

Nick remains deeply involved in the local food and sustainable farming community as an advocate and advisor, and he has brought his understanding of operations, leadership development, fundraising, nonprofit law, HR, finance, and construction into the work of executive recruiting.

Haydee Bruges

Senior Associate
(Research, Operations & Brand Management)

Outside of work, Haydee enjoys watching films, traveling, blogging, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Haydee Bruges, Senior Associate (Research, Operations & Brand Management) with Reneris, has worked for over 15 years within large, medium, and small size enterprises in Colombia and the United Kingdom. Her professional experience has been mainly focused on Management, Marketing and International Business within several industries ranging from technology, government, education, and human resources.

After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad del Norte (Colombia), Haydee started her career as a Sales Executive with Bogota Telecommunications Company. She then moved to London (UK) and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from London School of Commerce and an MBA from University of Wales Institute Cardiff.

During her professional career, Haydee has worked in marketing, business development, and business management for international companies with markets in Colombia, the UK, Europe, and the US, bringing her bilingual (Spanish & English) Skills. She has also been a full-time professor and lecturer at various universities in Colombia, teaching marketing, business management, and international business subjects, both in Spanish and English.

Shugufta Rafi

Search Associate

In her spare time, she enjoys listening to podcasts and gets thrilled about participating in adventure sports.

Shugufta is a Search Associate, working for Reneris since 2023. Her primary responsibility is to support talent development across multiple sectors. Her professional portfolio is diverse ranging from practicing as a behavioral analyst to working for executive search firms both in Dubai and the US. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of New Haven. While pursuing her masters, she worked as a Recruiting Associate playing a critical role to the team of Senior Principals, Business Development Director, and Managing Director in supporting the full recruitment life cycle. Prior to which she worked for Odgers Berndtson in Dubai in their leadership consulting practice where she supported on several leadership assessments and coaching projects with the clients. Furthermore, she was invited to speak at TEDxNewHaven 2021, where she spoke on the topic of positive psychology. Shugufta brings a unique perspective due to her upbringing, education, and work experience in the diverse world class city of Dubai.

Jeri Taylor

Search Consultant

Outside of work, Jeri enjoys playing tennis, volunteering as an adult literacy tutor, and exploring new cultures through travel, food, (passionate home cook) and film.

Jeri Taylor, Search Consultant with Reneris, has worked in the education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration and French Studies from Lewis and Clark College, Jeri worked as a community and economic development consultant. She then moved into project management for a national insurance company, and then took her skills abroad to the United Kingdom, where she worked as a business consultant for an international manufacturing company.

Upon moving back to the U.S., Jeri devoted her time to raising her family and volunteering. She has a lifelong commitment to literacy, education, sports, and social justice. She spent five years as an educator in the public school system in Oregon and Massachusetts before joining Reneris, as a search consultant specializing in nonprofit executive recruitment.
