Dominique Litmaath

Founder and President

When not working, Dominique loves to play tennis and paddle, practices yoga and mindfulness (she is the mother of two teenage girls… ohm…), and travels. A lot.

Dominique Litmaath, Founder and President of Reneris, has worked for over twenty-five years across a broad spectrum of sectors with Fortune 500 organizations as well as small-to-medium size enterprises and non-profit organizations. Her professional experience is focused on the critical alignment of organizational strategies with all aspects of operations to achieve engagement, productivity and results.

Dominique started her career as a corporate management trainee with Hilton Hotels. After earning an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA Dominique joined the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) followed by consulting and management positions at Robert Half International. After earning an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, Dominique joined the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), followed by consulting and management positions at Robert Half International. After eighteen years successfully collaborating with companies on a global scale, Dominique extended her consulting to include executive search and founded Reneris in 2015.

Dominique is deeply engaged in venture philanthropy, has co-founded a non-profit organization and has served on several non-profit boards. She is multi-lingual and has worked, lived and traveled extensively outside of the U.S. She splits her time between homes in Cleveland OH, Truckee CA and just outside of Barcelona, Spain.

Nick Swetye

Search Director

Outside of work, Nick is an avid amateur historian, anthropologist and astronomer, a pretty mean chess player, and still has a wicked cross-court forehand.

Nick Swetye, Search Director with Reneris, worked in the nonprofit industry for 16 years in roles from executive director to carpenter. His time in Brazil as a foreign exchange student opened his eyes to a broader world, often in conflict, but filled with amazing potential realized through compassion and adaptability. 

Following his graduations from Hiram College in 2004 and Georgia College in 2006 with a BA in Philosophy and an MFA in Writing, Nick began his career by co-founding a non-profit organization focused on agriculture and resilient community-building called the Green Triangle. This opened many doors for him into the nonprofit industry, where he went on to work for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Earth Day Coalition, and finally, The New Agrarian Center, where his leadership efforts in food justice and restoration agriculture gained national recognition.

Nick remains deeply involved in the local food and sustainable farming community as an advocate and advisor, and he has brought his understanding of operations, leadership development, fundraising, nonprofit law, HR, finance, and construction into the work of executive recruiting.

Chloe Calhoun

Business Development Representative

Chloe enjoys spending free time with her family in Cleveland, reading, and staying active. As a type 1 diabetic, she is part of an online community where she gets to educate and support other T1D’s.

Chloe Calhoun, Business Development Representative, is the most recent addition to the Reneris Team. Graduating with honors from Youngstown State University in May 2024 with a BA in Communications and minor in sales, her entrepreneurial spirit has driven her since a young age. Chloe’s responsibilities include driving business growth via lead generation, prospecting and marketing campaign outreach. She thrives on problem-solving, collaborating with her team and expanding Reneris’ success.

While in her managing position at a local bistro pizzeria in 2020, she developed her ability to adapt and overcome adversity as her role shifted with the pandemic. Attending her first year of college, she excelled in her classes despite the challenges at that time and joined the National Society for Leadership and Success. During Chloe’s sophomore year, she accepted a position as a Leasing Consultant at a luxury student housing complex, quickly becoming a top producer and valued associate at The Enclave.

Shugufta Rafi

Senior Search Associate

In her spare time, she enjoys listening to podcasts and gets thrilled about participating in adventure sports.

Shugufta, Senior Associate at Reneris, focuses on recruiting mid to senior-level positions within Talent Management across various sectors. With a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she possesses a nuanced understanding of HR-related organizational roles. Her extensive background in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development has led to successful placements in senior HR positions across diverse industries. Shugufta brings a unique perspective shaped by her upbringing, education, and work experience in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Before joining Reneris, Shugufta gained professional experience at executive search firms in both Dubai and the US, where she excelled in supporting full-cycle recruitment alongside Managing Directors and Business Development Heads. Additionally, she contributed to leadership consulting projects, focusing on leadership assessments, case study development, and coaching projects with C-suite clients.

Shugufta's academic achievements include presenting her undergraduate dissertation research at UCL, UK. Her insights were further recognized when she was invited to speak at TEDx New Haven in 2021.

Jeri Taylor

Search Consultant

Outside of work, Jeri enjoys playing tennis, volunteering as an adult literacy tutor, and exploring new cultures through travel, food, (passionate home cook) and film.

Jeri Taylor, Search Consultant with Reneris, has worked in the education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration and French Studies from Lewis and Clark College, Jeri worked as a community and economic development consultant. She then moved into project management for a national insurance company, and then took her skills abroad to the United Kingdom, where she worked as a business consultant for an international manufacturing company.

Upon moving back to the U.S., Jeri devoted her time to raising her family and volunteering. She has a lifelong commitment to literacy, education, sports, and social justice. She spent five years as an educator in the public school system in Oregon and Massachusetts before joining Reneris, as a search consultant specializing in nonprofit executive recruitment.
